Thanks to the hard surface of my regular sized bars for which the edges extend beyond the front and back panel sticker labels, the labels never get crumpled. However, I also make small 20g sample bars for 2 scenarios and do not know how to wrap them more presentably and to prevent them from eventually getting crumpled.

As you can see in the bottom right corner of the image below, the label is the same size as for the regular bars because it would be impossible to read if smaller. In this example, I allowed the adhesion of the front and back panels to stick together on one side of the soap. I also tried to do it so there were 2 (versus 1) wing on either side of the soap. Happy for cost effective suggestions and images.

In a second scenario, hotel soaps, I will not need to individually wrap the bars with plastic. However, I may need some type of envelope. Happy for some ideas.
