Konjac as CP ingredient?

I use a lot of botanicals and extract in my CP and I just wondered if anyone has tried using konjac powder in soap before?
Would make a very gentle exfoliator but it absorbs so much water I think it might just turn into a mess...
Thoughts? Experiments?
