I have been using (sbm) for all my soap making needs about 15 years now. Did not do much soap making for the last 5 years then I now discovered this updated version (smf) as I have just started back my soap màking so I just had to register this time around.

What am looking for is a section with the name of the oils and their properties for eg good for lather, moisturizing, light massage oil, heavy oil, you get the gist. That is what am looking for sbm had a whole list that i use to come an read. Did you all remove thst section? Please let me know. Thank you.

I don't know what SBM was. And I haven't been around SMF for as long as 15 years, so don't recognize what you say is missing. Do you know what SBM stood for? Was it SummerBee Meadow?

If so, that's a different site, not at all connected to soapmakingforum.com.

Summerbeemeadow's calculator appears to be down and any links I find for it all around the internet seem to give me error messages when I click on them, so that's probably why you are not finding it anymore. (Such as this one: https://sbmcrafters.com/content/properties-soapmaking-oils ). But it is not related to SMF.

Here are some other links for what may help with what you are looking for:

I was thrown off when corn oil was pictured with pine nuts, basil and Parmesan. I usually use olive oil to make pesto...

Oh gawd, yes. I shortly hesitated at this one too, but went on without further thinking than “hey, you just don't know all varieties of corn”.

Too bad my mail is out already. How long should I give them time until I complain about No. 08 as well? Or does someone else want?
