Just curious... How do you make designs in soap like this?

So, I'm lightyears away from making a soap that looks like this, but I'm curious, how is this kind of intricate design made in soap? I found this on a Facebook Marketplace listing.

There's a lot goin' on there! The orange circle is a cylinder mold, soap made separately and then pushed in. The 3 white squares are long rectangular embeds, also soap that was made separately. The blue and white sky is an in the pot swirl.

Look at some of "I Dream In Soap" Videos on You Tube. She has a lot. The Soap Artist, is another.

Also, it looks like the birds and the gold are mica in oil painted on the soap bar after it is cut.
