I need to buy some Palm oil but I saw some saying Red Palm.
Are these two the same thing?
Can I use Red Palm oil like I would with regular Palm oil?
Thank you!!

Yes, you can use the two interchangeably. Soap using red palm oil will be yellow or orange color, depending on the percentage of red palm used.

Won't putting in FO or EO cover up the Red Palm's smell?
Is it that strong?

And regarding color, I am going to put Activated Charcoal so the color wouldn't be an issue.. i hope :)

Thank you.

As far as the smell goes, go ahead and try if you'd like. I personally would not bother as I would ALWAYS smell that nasty RPO funk. Adding a bit of AC to it might be interesting to see but I will warn you will still get an discoloring lather from soap with RPO

Depending on your percentage of the Red PO it can stain. I also do not like the smell of it. As for sap you can use it interchangeably but for my recipes requiring 40% palm I would not use Red PO. Besides I like to play with colors and it would be a great game changer for coloring
