Intern'l Shipping from Soap Makers Resource

I want to buy some essential oils from soap-makers-resource.com, some of them I know have flash points below 200 (I don't see flash points listed).

I asked who they would be shipping by and was told USPS. I asked about restrictions and was told "Any essential oils that you feel would be prohibited can be shipped out via an account you could set through either FedEx or UPS. " FedEx or UPS would definitely be too expensive for me.

I'm a little confused since I thought that they wouldn't even allow an order with essential oils that have low flash points to ship via USPS.

Anybody have any experience with this? Thanks.

Yes, combustible and flammable liquids can be shipped via USPS, but there are restrictions. And international shipping for either is prohibited. Perhaps SMR doesn't realize this.
