Alright, I broke down (from the fear of God you've tried to impose upon stubborn people) and got insurance. I went through the Soapmaker's Guild and had a question; do you think that 2 million dollars is enough since at this point, I'm a sole proprietorship (eventually I will LLC but first I need to make some money)? I don't really think that any court in their right mind would award such a settlement especially in the case of properly labeled products and in the face of an unknown allergy, but you never know. I'm just nervous, let me know if you all think this is enough.

I think 2 mil will be fine. We only needed 2 million to have products in Whole Foods and Ralphs.

If you wholesale your products the amount of insurance you need will be determined by the shop you sell too.
