Hiya everyone, :D

I live in London, England. I have a recipe for a Moisturising CP soap that I would like to try. My problem is I cant find Canola Oil, Dried Butter Milk or Apricot Kernal Oil, I have tried in my local area with no luck.

Can anyone suggest the nearest alternatives for these three ingredients
I would appriciate any suggestions. Thanks Myra :D

Canola oil is the third most used oil in the world, so you should be able to find it without difficulty.. Maybe you can try looking under it's other name: Rapeseed oil. It's used a lot in the food industry and also all those treehugging biodisel makers use canola oil to fuel their cars.

you should be able to sub dried milk for the dried butter milk. although, if its moisturizing soap try to find dried whole milk if they make that. i know in the US most of the powdered milk is nonfat in the grocery stores.

and you could use buttermilk in place of some of your liquid. let us know if you can't find the powdered....
