I managed to find a setting on my stove that is holding the oil around 135 and I'm getting the bubbling, so I'm baby-sitting it along and waiting for it to stop and trusting the lye to take care of the rest. But from now on I'm sticking to dried herbs. Thinking I'll make calendula oil for my cranky skin...
