I infused some oils with chamomile yesterday. I sorta mastered batched my oils for my recipe I was making so I’d have plenty at the correct % and so I didn’t have to infuse each oil separately. Anyways my question:

How do I store my leftover? I have about 16 oz in mason jars. Fridge or freezer?
It just smells so good I don’t want to waste it!

We have always stored our infused oils in the mason jars, and in a dark closet. We make calendula-infused olive oil for our soaps!

I refrigerate infused oils if I have the room. If not, a cool, dark place is also good. The other thing to think about when deciding how to store these oils is the specific oil you used -- if you used jojoba or meadowfoam, they're going to have a much longer life at room temp than, say, grapeseed or hemp.

Thanks! I put them in the back of the fridge with my other soap stuff. I just wasn't sure and didn't have leftover the last time.
