Infrared non contact thermometer

Infrared non contact thermometer and it arrived yesterday.

It can measure from -50 degrees to +650 degrees Celsius.
My DH is a fireman (was employed as one and now volunteers) and he really wanted the high degree option. So I got this one and we are going to share it. Of course, my soap gets first priority. :mrgreen:

It is wonderful. I have been zapping everything! We even started a fire (only a barbeque) to make sure it got up to the 650 degrees.

My husband used my "need" for one as an excuse to buy himself a "zapper." We did the same thing! We zapped our tongues, the kids' foreheads, the inside of the oven.... just to be sure, of course. Naturally, we weren't playing with it...

I got one from eBay. The batteries don't last long!!!!!!! but that could be from me 'shooting' everything with the lazer sight You can check ares for hot/cold spots. Great fun too.
