Right here, silly!
Here it is: http://thespifter.com/

I recently bought one for my baked goods, and I love it for dusting my foodie things with sugars and spices, but my mind wandered to soap, as it often does, and out of curiosity today, I decided to try it out with my gold mica using the finest mesh insert that it comes with (dusted the mica into a bowl, not onto soap....yet), and wow! I now have the perfect sifter/sieve for my pencil lines! This thing gives me super control, can be maneuvered into tight corners, and spreads the mica evenly without over-saturating.

Just thought I'd share my soapy happiness!

IrishLass :)

Thanks for sharing the happiness. That looks amazing, my sieve is huge and spreads mica everywhere!

Ooh, thanks for sharing! Been looking for a better tool for that.

I got something similar from ebay: http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/111358895883?nav=SEARCH

I've only used it once but I was happy with the line ImageUploadedBySoap Making1428849127.254080.jpg
