I am not sure I am following you right. Are you planning to run a fake soap making business as an assignment for your business class?

If so, once something is posted on the internet, like a recipe, there is an understanding of a copywrite.

I would suggest buying an ebook that you have the rights to use or resell from ebay or another source. You could buy 500+ recipes for a buck or 2.
