This was sent to me yesterday, just thought I would share...

RETIREMENT PLANNING FOR 2008

If you had purchased $1000.00 of Nortel stock one year
ago, it would now be worth $49.00.

With Enron, you would have had $16.50 left of the
original $1000.00.

With WorldCom, you would have had less than $5.00
left.

If you had purchased $1000 of Delta Air Lines stock
you would have $49.00 left.

But, if you had purchased $1,000.00 worth of beer one
year ago, drank all the beer, then turned in the cans
for the aluminum recycling, you would have had
$214.00.

So, based on the above, the best current investment
advice is to drink heavily and recycle.

It's called the 401-Keg Plan.

hahahahah......I like that. I don't drink beer, but that is a funny thought

hahaahhah i got a good laugh off that one!

for wines!! what you can do is you paper mache' the bottles to look all weathered , you can paint them (my mother does this but i am not quite sure of the process...) they come out looking nice and antique, sell those and im sure youll make a few bucks per bottle not what you paid for it but better than if you were to turn it in for recycling!

they dont recycle cans where i am in FL for money, dont know why...itd be alot cleaner down here! i would be a billionaire if i turned in all the bottles my roomates drank in college...the bottles were almost like a million other little roomates...

never got into drinking but i have my other vices that are more natural (which i recently gave up as well to get my career life in order)....
