Made a pound the other day.
Cooked it to long it turned brown.
Will that hurt it?
 
Sorry, Lee, but can you throw us a bone here?

Did you scent it? When did you scent it? How long did you actually cook it? Pictures would also be really helpful - are we talking a light tan colour or the colour of a real dark brown? Giving everything piecemeal makes giving advice so much more drawn out
 
It cut normal.
No scent.
About the color of dark brown sugar or a litter lighter.
I think I'll let it set and give it a try.
