hp soap making question

Hey everyone! Just got back to the forum and found all these comments. So excited to read them. Going to have to wait for some alone time for studying all this good stuff.

For me being a beginner of lye soap, I did find her to be helpful for me. Had I been soaping a long time, maybe not so much. It did help me to be less confused. My immediate thought was that it would help newbies.

So, back to my hp soaping probs after going back to my notes and reading the link about dos and rancidity (still hoping that's a word). I'm thinking I just happened to have a bad year. I did leave my soaps out longer, and even put some in a card board box. First time for that. In other words, I neglected "my babies". Lesson learned. Thanks
