Hey mods,
I was hoping to post a recipe in tabular form
oil weight percent
OO 6.3 15
CO 8 22
etc.

I tried several ways to use <table> </table> along with <tr></tr> and <th> </th> tags, but they all got interpreted differently than I hoped.
Is there a way to format posts using HTML?

Thanks
Todd

Another way to mimic a table format is to put something like " ... " between each item. It doesn't give you a real table but it puts enough space between elements so the information is easier to read. While not a perfect solution, it's quite a bit faster than hand coding.

OO ... 6.3 ... 15
CO ... 8 ... 22

Thanks all!

Thanks both!
I tried the BBCodes idea, but they also rendered as text in the forum "Review your post" view.
I like D's idea too. Simple works!
Thanks
Todd
