No noteworthy scratchy/grainy texture of the rosehip part. I suspect the manufacturers are to blame, really milling it down to sell it as “smoothie quality”. But yes, I'd have had a hard time to grind down rosehip shells (like the ones in fruit tea) to a flour-like powder, by household means.
