How to calculate allergens

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone know how to calculate the allergenes in essentielle oils? Example I add .85% of E.O.'s to my soap 250ml = 2.1ml E.O.

I had my Lavender soap tested in a lab and the d-Limonene had 0.0150% - Geraniol 0.0020% - Linalool 0.1440% - Coumarine 0.0080%

My oil should contain d-Limonene 1% Geraniol 1.1% Linalool 40% about these amounts, I would like to be able to calculate my other soaps. I just don't know how to get those percentages.

If you are selling (which I assume you are given you have gone to the expense of testing), it would be calculated as part of your safety assessment and the labelling requirements are included in the report.
