How much oatmeal?

I want to make an oatmeal soap but am having a difficult time finding info about how much oatmeal to add. I want to use one of my usual basic recipes. Makes a 3 pound loaf. I've seen every thing from 2 tbsp to 1 cup. Help!

2 tsp ppo is what I use. Its enough to know it there but not enough to scrub your hide away. If it doesn't look like enough add more until it has the look you want.
