I made some oatmeal soap a couple of years ago that my wife really liked and can’t remember how much oatmeal I used. I remember grinding regular oat meal (not the instant stuff) up in my magic bullet and mixed it with my oils before adding my lye water.
The oils were olive oil heavy, 70% then adding PO, CO and Castor for the rest. Can anyone give me some ideas on how much oatmeal to use per pound of oil?

I really like oatmeal in soap. I grind mine in my Nutri Bullet, also. I grind some to a fine powder, really silky. I add it at roughly 1T ppo. Then I grind some til it's still chunky, and add that at the same rate, for a little scrubbiness. Mmmm.....oatmeal make such nice soap!
