How do I fix my time zone?

I coudn't figure out which one I am (Central time).... the only choices are "GMT - #hours".... .... and I have no idea which one to choose for Central Time! Thanks for the help!

I am so bad with the time zones, basically what you do is go into your profile options where you can change the time zones, what I did was just looked at what time it was now, and then picked a bunch of the options til it matched what time it was where i was located ! lol worked after a few shots...

lol no problem! I couldnt figure out the GMT even though you could prob look it up and calc it that way.. .lol I take the path of least resistance!

I am sure you fixed it by now, but for anyone else that may read this, I believe you need to change it to -5 for central time!
