Home owners insurance

Probably a stupid question. I have an insurance inspection coming up on Tuesday for the house (guess we're not closing on Monday LOL).

Should I hide all of my soap? I am worried that they would come in and say...oh, you are running a business out of this house??

Or is that a non-issue?

I don't know about FL, but I had a pet sitting business here in PA for 10 years I ran out of my home and it didn't seem to have anything to do with my homeowners insurance. I did carry business insurance though.

I have biz insurance. I had an inspection last week and the first thing the guy noticed was all my soap. That was for the appraisal, so he didnt care. Actually got a selling prospect out of it lol. But i was t sure about the homeowners insurance.

im playing it safe and stashing it all away. This is turning out to be a good thing, cause im getting a room back lol
