Hi,

I am Mishka and i live in Dubai. I´ve been making CP soap for 6 months, about 16 batches. Some very nice ones and some big failures. The failures came as i tried making my own recipes using different additives.
Is there anyone else here in Dubai that can advise where to buy Lye? At the moment i pay about 27 US dollars for 1 Kg and i only found Lye in one place, Plumeria.

I would really appreciate any help.

Welcome, Mishka. I don't know if you belong to the Dish Forum, but one of the frequent posters there, she is nice, lives in either Dubai or the UAE You might to post over there about your lye search as well. If you post there, put in your re line so that she doesn't miss it. That is too much to pay for lye ....
