Help please, HP going sideways

Normally I CP my soaps but I wanted to do a HP on this batch. It is a 6lb olive. I took it to trace and it looked great, put it in the oven and it started to seperate. Now I have a liquid bottom with glops on the surface. Anyone have any ideas on what I did wrong or what I can do to fix this?

a little late but... when I do it in the crock pot that happens to me-- dont have enough room for it to turn over onto it self.. I do alot of stirring. And I think it comes out ok
