Help - Marks on Soy Candle

Hi there - does anyone know what would cause what looks like rust spots on the bottom of my soy candle? It's all around the wick tab, with another single spot close to the tab (as you can see in the pic).
I used GW464, and the fragrance oil used was around 5%. All the other ones I created are okay, it just appears on one candle in a glass tumbler. The candle was poured around six weeks ago and I just noticed it a couple of days ago.
Any advice on this would be appreciated - thanks.

Looks like either the wick tab of the jar wasn't clean before the candle was made. That's the only thing I can think of. Either that, or the scent didn't get fully incorporated.

Thanks for your response. Hopefully it won't have any effect when the candle is lit
