Help cp avocado soap crumbles when cut!

Hello @Jntwoodh, I'm sorry to hear that your soap has crumbled. The two most common reasons are that the soap is lye heavy, or that you waited too long to cut it. If you can provide us with the complete recipe and process, we can be of more specific help.
That means listing all the oils, the amount of lye and liquid, the amounts of all additives such as micas clays, FOs, EOs, etc., how long it was in the mold, whether you CPOPd or added other heat, etc. Without knowing all of that, we are just making blind guesses, and we'd like to be of more help to you if we can.

Hi, usually happens to me when things get to hot. Changes to the recipe? Hotter than usual in your soaping area? The big D in the middle of August!
Your full recipe would help us troubleshoot. Also, cutting too soon can cause crumbling.
