Hello from a pretty new CP’er. My daughter and I bought some homemade soap over the Memorial Day weekend and it got me curious about the process. In June, my hubby and I did a date night “couples soap” class. My birthday is in early July, and hubby gave me gift cards to get my supplies. He and I have made 2 batches so far... and I am hooked. We are taking another class in a few days to make a beer class using hubby’s homebrew. I just got another shipment yesterday with more oils and fragrances. I don’t believe selling is in my future, I just want to have fun. I am enjoying reading the forums while gleaning knowledge.

Yes! In fact we had another date night at the soap place last night and made beer soap. It was neat because hubby home brews, so the batch was made with his amber ale.
