heavy duty hand soap

Hi people.I have some freinds that do a lot of wrench turning and like my soap In the shower,but was wondering what would make a good dirty,greasy hand soap.Should I just load up on the coconut oil,or????? Thanks.

I use my regular soap recipe, plus coffee grounds. I like coffee grounds b/c they are nicely scrubby without being scratchy. If they get cuts etc on their hands, lavender or tea tree EO is a nice addition for anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties.
