Has anyone hired a copywriter for their website?

My website has stopped selling completely in the last three months. It never did pick up very many sales, but it's bad enough I moved to the free Ecwid site. I need someone to make descriptions that sell. And I am not a good writer.

we haven't used a copywriter but have used a graphics designer for our logo from fiverr.com (not a typo) don't know if this will help but They offer copywriting as well as web design, logo design, marketing and many other things. they have people all over the world working there for great prices. U can see copies of their work along with their rates. We were very happy with our logo design.. they did several for us and at a great price.
