Halloween soap stamping

Had a go at the soap stamping technique for a cute Halloween soap.

Wish my colours had been better but still think it's come out nicely.

What did you use to get the black color?

Activated charcoal soap dough... It's a bit grey, and the dough was not super smooth. I've used AC a few times now and not a fan...

Those are really fabulous! In contrast, I don't think your AC black turned out grey the way mine sometimes does. It really looks black against that orange, except a bit in the larger portions of the mouth & eyes, but I personally believe that adds to the charm, making it more 'realistic' looking.

I agree with earlene, I think the slight faded black in some areas gives the impression of an ink stamp. Personally I love the result!
