Hair perfume?

Hi everyone! I was wondering if anyone knew where I could purchase a product that I can add fragrance oil to to make a hair perfume spray? TIA

I would think any type of body spray would work. I just use my perfume and spray my hair a bit when putting it on in the morning. I don't like heavy scents so right now I'm using a Satsuma body spray.

I googled diy hair perfume and got this recipe. However, the only thing I saw was the ingredients. Here's the website below too, I'm guessing they might have more info.

DIY Natural Hair Perfume
1. 45 drops of Essential Oils (Recommended: 14 drops Top notes, 22 drops Middle notes, 9 drops Base Notes. ..
2. 2 tsp Carrier (vodka, witch hazel, aloe vera gel, or jojoba oil)
3.3.5 oz Distilled Water or Rose Water (find pure Rose Water here)
