How do you use Guar Gum in bath bomb recipe?..

Did you try using Guar Gum in your bath bomb recipe? I would recommend Arrowroot or Corn Starch instead simply as they are likely less expensive.

I like using the GG but sometimes it leaves jelly like on the tub ring? why?

Haven’t read anything on guar gum in bath bombs. Try researching jelly bath bombs and see what recipes include. Lush had/has jelly bath bombs. Wasn’t interested. Bath bombs for me equal a good tub experience with no tub ring, astounding scent, and smooth skin after bath. I don’t care about the twirling, multi color etc. I want to soak in something that doesn’t mean extra work cleaning the tub or wiping off a greasy oily film after bath. Am not selling yet but hopefully my perfect bath bomb would be marketable. What do you think?

What specifically are you trying to achieve with guar gum? I use a fair amount of it as an emulsifier in certain products, so might be able to help.
