Ground Apricot Kernels

Does anyone know where I could find some ground apricot kernels and cherry pits (not using for the same project). I would prefer a Canadian source (trying to keep shipping costs low), but I would order from somewhere else.

Anyone out there that can help me. Please

We get them from Apricot Power. Man, they taste terrible, but they are great for everything. Eating 7 a day is how I finally gave my acne the boot.

Here are some sites for ground Apricot shells but I didn't see anything for kernels - ground almonds would be almost the same and they are the same general family I think.

Apricot kernels retain more laetril if you buy them whole and grind them yourself. Generally, the more bitter they are, the better they are for you.

Thanks so much for the info. I didn't know you could take it internally. Is that really good for you?
