Grapeseed oil

What are the benefits and disantvages with grapeseed oil?

I know nothing about it, except that it is healthy to eat....

They sell it at the ethnic stores, so I am curious.

Unfortunately, it's not the best soaping oil to use because of it's high amount of linoleic acid, which makes it very susceptible to causing DOS. It makes for a great as a massage oil, though.

Aye, it is more useful in lotions etc from what I have read

I too, like this light oil in lotions. IL is right though, soap made with too much of this oil is prone to DOS.
