My 6 yo granddaughter Daisy swirled these soaps on Saturday. While she practiced pouring a thin stream of water out of a cup onto a dowel rod "column," I made the batter. She then column-poured her choice of colors into small 1 pound molds, and swirled it with a skewer after I showed her how.
Her mother cut each 1 pound soap into four pieces the next day.
By the time we had gotten to the third 1 pound batch, our fragrance oil had accelerated the batter, so she plopped the colors into the base. I think (and so does she) that it turned out just as pretty.
