I really love this forum, I've been lurking around for a bit and have been quite impressed. You are all so talented!

I've been making soap for many years. For the past few I've been cutting my baby teeth in the cosmesuticals working for a large skin care company reformulating their line to remove harmful preservatives, dyes and all other 'icky' things. Last November I left the corporate world and have been back at my own cauldron, mixing up my own creations here in Manassas, VA.

Can't wait to join in your lively discussion, I know will all teach me so much!

It's amazing what kind of garbage is in some of the stuff we take for granted.
Mostly it was making the line paraben-free.
