Good question! :D
In my oatmeal, milk, and honey soap I use a wonderful Milk and Honey FO from a local shop, Zenith Supplies.
It has a sweet, soft, warm scent to it and everyone seems to love it. I'm not sure where Zenith acquires it, but it really is quite lovely. Would post a link, but they unfortunately don't have it listed on their website (I always visit directly or order by phone and pick up in person.)
Anyhow, point being a nice Milk and Honey fragrance could be a good option for you to try :)

Benzoin resin is obtained from the bark of several species of trees in the genus Styrax. It is a common ingredient in incense-making and perfumery because of its sweet vanilla-like aroma and fixative properties. It can be used to add a vanilla scent to soap.
Hey thank you for that. It has been a while since the forums. So please bare with me while I catch up. I guess it doesn’t turn the soap brown? 😊
