"Goat milk" OR "goat's milk"

I've heard it both ways, and if you ask me, I believe both ways are perfectly 'proper', although I'm not a grammer queen by any means, or anything like that.

I guess it could be either way really.

Goat's milk implies the milk used for the soap belongs to the goat, goats implies the milk came from several goats.

Both are probably true of mass produced goat milk
