Hi everyone,
I'm always experimenting with with different additives and one day, I quickly mixed up a body oil for my own personal use and even though I new it might not work because it's water soluble, I added some silk mesh powder (a pinch). Well, It did as I expected and it turned my rose oil into THE silkiest, best slip ever body oil....so great!!!...yes there were small particles in the bottom of the container, but for the most part it seems to have stayed suspended.
Here's the question, I'm thinking to add it to my new beard oil recipe, because that level of slip would be AHHHMAZING for coarse hair and hair products in general....Do any of you forsee any issues or have any helpful info and suggestion of something similar that I could use? I really want to keep this recipe simple and I don't want to add any emulsifiers or create a serum, just to incorporate it ...Thanks so much!!
