Now I have a dumb question! I did a beginner's CP soap making course online and they gave a recipe that listed "2 oz per pound of any fragrance oil of your choice". Was that just totally wrong of them to do? There was zero mention of IFRA. I just saw it on the website of the supplier I used and Googled it. Now I'm super confused!
EDIT: I do want to add that the online course was American, so they wouldn't be held to UK standards.
