I was wondering if anyone on here makes gift baskets that have soap along with other items. We sell honey and we have quite a few people that want our honey and beeswax candle gift sets, along with a bar of soap. I'm just not sure what the best method of packaging these items together would be. I am fearful that the essential oil fragrance will permeate everything it is packaged with. Can anyone shed any light on how I should handle this??

You can wrap the well-cured soap in waxed paper first and then wrap it in paper or put it in a box. There are several good ideas for wrapping soaps, just google "wrapping soap". If your soap has been cured for a couple of months then you might want to use shrink wrap bags for your soap.
