Has anyone made products using herbal teas as the water portion?

I am thinking especially chamomile but I can see a possibility of others.

Chamomile EO is rather expensive and an oil infusion is time consuming. So I'm wondering if anyone has had any success using a tea infusion instead?

I have seen lotions and creams done this way. Not sure about CP, I would think the lye would destroy any of the beneficial aspects of the infused water.

Yeah I wouldn't bother with CP soap. Tho it sounds like a nice idea to put in creams or other skin products that don't require saponification. There's a tea shop that sells chamomile tea as whole flowers and the same with rose buds. I'm thinking that it could be an easy way to make some nice floral waters.
