Hi all, very new to making floating candles and I just can't seem to get it right. My burn time was only 1 hour so I read up and switched to zinc wick but the flame is so weak! Any ideas?

Not a candle expert, but I can at least ask you if the wick is rated for your type of wax? Each wax (beeswax, paraffin, stearin, soy wax etc.) flows differently, so each needs a specific type of fabric for the wick to suck up the molten wax just quick enough to support the “right” size of the flame. The zinc is only there to support the wick to be upright, and doesn't tell you which wax the fabric is made for.
