Flaky Soap

I'm new to the world of hard bar soap, and am having a difficult time with my cp bars coming out ok.
I formulated a bar with Jasmine Wax in it and it came out fine. The next formulation of all organic oils turned out flaky. Not the entire bar, just the outer edges.
What are the causes of this? :? I did a couple more batches and the results were pretty much the same.
The Jasmine soap was about equal in its hard/soft oil amounts. The organic is higher in hard oils. Would this be a contributing factor?

Welcome to the forum. Did you run your recipe through a calculator?

Yes. The calculator said it would create a hard bar but it wasn't off the scale.
