Hi,
I have been making fizzy powders with bicarbonate, citric acid and cornflour (2:1:1) for many months with no issue. Suddenly every batch is turning rock hard instead of staying in powder firm. I’ve replaced ingredients with new bags thinking moisture was the issue but it’s still happening. Any clue what’s going on?
