Will be making a couple batches today. I have one recipe that I know will be a winner gifted to me, however, what I am about to post is a total makeup of me playing in the calc and playing with oils I have available. Any input is great.

Rice Bran Oil, refined%25
Coconut Oil, 76 deg%20
Tallow Beef%20
Cocoa Butter%10
Olive Oil%10
Shea Butter%10
Castor Oil%5
I will add kaolin clay 3%, sodium lactate, micas, and a fragrance/essential oil(haven’t decided on that just yet)
Thanks hope all is well at the homestead

If you are new to soap making, maybe I suggest that you start with a simple recipe...make a few batches so you understand emulsion and trace, the saponification process. Get a feel for it...a 'control' if you will, before you start mixing it up so you have a better sense of how the different oils and butters either add or subtract to what you are wanting to make.
