I see this is made with caffeine but does anyone have recipe to share I would like try make this thanks

Caffeine is said to reduce cellulite. It's a good thing! LOL

If you want help constructing a formula, it's best to list all the ingredients. From what I could see, it's not something I would make but might be easily duplicated at a place where you would find those ingredients...
