Fastest place to order lakes/dyes

Normally I'd think of Nurture, but Nurture is closed until the 25th, and is having a sample mica sale which makes me think that placing an order today will not likely be received in Nurture's customary 3-5 days for my area.

Is there a reputable source on Amazon? I just need a few colors to make bath salts - but get this - needs to be done by Dec 1. (yes, I realize might not be possible)
