Hello all, has anyone tried using Thursday Plantation eo- tea tree, eucalyptus, lavender and rose hip oil in your soap? Are they suitable for soap making?
I have heard that they are very strong, if so, how much to add ppo?

There is no way I would spend that much on EO. It takes on average .5 oz per pound oils for EO. Some fragrances need more - like lavender (I use .8-1oz) some take less, like tea tree oil (I use between .2-.3 depending if I want to blend it).

Please check around for prices. There are many companies out there. Brambleberry, WSP, Natures Garden, essential depot, and mikes fragrances just to name a few off the top of my head.

Here are some links:

Good luck to you.

Thank u for the list! However, I wouldn't be able to get eo from the U.S. or UK as they would not ship most of them and shipping fees would be very expensive. My other sources are to get them from Australia. When they go on sale I could get them at au$8 for 200ml which is very very cheap, compared to my local supplier's in Spore/Msia.
